Your responsibilities will be:
- Participating and contributing to leasing core system and other projects
- Developing and maintaining leasing product and processes
- Monitoring and improving internal and external Customers experience
- Ensuring regulatory excellence in leasing product area
- Facilitating and driving agreements with stakeholders, partners, and other third parties
- Coordinating and supporting IT developments
You will be right fit if you have:
- 3+ years experience in leasing product and processes
- Ability to effectively manage workload and to prioritize tasks independently
- Ability to drive activities/projects
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Ability to work, learn, and adapt to fast paced and working environment
- Fluency in Latvian and English languages, as there is cooperation with Baltic colleagues
